The award is given to schools that demonstrate the importance of
staying active to children and who are committed to promoting physical
activity for young children. The Activemark is more
usually given to schools with older age children. |

Mrs Tina Dunkley
runs an after school Netball club for children from our Year 2, and Year 3
children from Short Heath Junior School |
As a school we work hard to reinforce the benefits of keeping active and fit to our children, as they are the next generation and sport is a key building block to a healthy adulthood. The success is obviously due to the hard work, time and effort given by staff. |
|

|
|
We provide a range of activities for children of all
abilities which is important for self esteem and of course, health. |
